1. About LAAP Trust

LAAP Trust is a charitable organisation registered in India under Reg. No. KA/2021/7589654. It is 100% funded by LAAP Group BV, a Belgium-based company. LAAP Trust does not accept public donations and is not a fundraising platform. Our sole purpose is to channel support from LAAP Group BV to vulnerable individuals and organisations in India.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for the following purposes:

  • To provide information about LAAP Trust, its programs, and how it operates.
  • To allow individuals and organisations in India to apply for financial support.
  • To allow people to contact LAAP Trust with questions or enquiries.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of this website.

3. Eligibility for Support

Support provided by LAAP Trust is subject to the following conditions:

  • Applicants must be resident in one of the five states where LAAP Trust currently operates: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, or Karnataka.
  • Support is provided exclusively to individuals and families who are genuinely unable to afford food, education, medical care, housing, or elderly care without assistance.
  • Organisations and old age homes applying for support must be operating lawfully in India.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are assessed at the sole discretion of LAAP Trust.

4. Accuracy of Information

All information submitted through our support application form must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in order to obtain support is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate rejection of your application, recovery of any funds already provided, and referral to relevant authorities.

5. No Public Fundraising or Donations

LAAP Trust does not accept donations from the general public, individuals, or third-party organisations. All funding is provided solely by LAAP Group BV, Belgium. Any third party claiming to fundraise or collect donations on behalf of LAAP Trust is not authorised to do so. If you encounter such activity, please report it to us via our Contact form.

6. No Guarantee of Support

Submitting a support application does not create any contractual obligation on the part of LAAP Trust to provide support. All decisions regarding the provision of support are made at the sole discretion of LAAP Trust, taking into account available resources, the merits of each application, and the genuine need of the applicant.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by LAAP Trust or licensed to it. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from LAAP Trust.

8. Third-Party Links
