This website is operated by LAAP Trust and managed by Aadhav Aiyer and his team.

  • Support Application Form: Full name, date of birth, gender, national ID number, contact details, family information, financial details, health information (where relevant), and documents uploaded to support your application.
  • Contact Form: First name, last name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Website Usage Data: We may collect anonymised analytics data (such as page views and browser type) through Vercel Analytics. This data does not personally identify you.

3. Why We Collect This Data

We collect and use personal data for the following purposes:

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority in India or Belgium.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy. Support application data is retained for a minimum of five years to comply with Indian charitable trust record-keeping requirements. Contact form data is retained for up to two years. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website is hosted on secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
